Wednesday 30th

The best day of the year so far. Seven Walls, five Orange-tips, three Large Whites, two Red Admirals, two Holly Blues, ten Green-veined Whites, one Small Heath, one Speckled Wood, two Small Coppers, one Common Blue, and six Peacocks on the Estate.

Monday 28th

Two Peacocks, three Red Admirals, four Speckled Woods, three Orange-tips, and seven Small Coppers were on the Estate. Four Walls were on Worth.

Sunday 27th

Four Walls, three Speckled Woods, three Red Admirals, four Peacocks, five Green-veined Whites, two Orange-tip, and a male Brimstone were a good collection on RSPB Worth marshes. Another Wall was on the Estate.

Saturday 26th

At least five Orange-tips were on the Estate and our first Wall was on RSPB Worth marshes.

Thursday 24th

A Small Copper, a Large White, eight Green-veined Whites, and our first two Small Heaths were in the Whitehouse/Oasis area.

Thursday 17th

There was an emergence of Green-veined Whites on RSPB Worth marshes with at least 30 out in the morning sun.

Monday 14th

Our first Painted Lady whizzed past the Observatory in the morning.

Friday 11th

Nice conditions on the Estate produced five Speckled Woods, a Comma, two Peacocks, and our first Large White.

Tuesday 8th

Four Peacocks and a Small Copper were at the Point.

Friday 4th

Two Orange-tips, a Speckled Wood, a Green-veined White, and seven Peacocks were on RSPB Worth marshes.

Tuesday 1st

Our first Speckled Wood was in the Jubilee Field.
