Moth Nights

We trap many migrant as well as local moths and the traps are always full of interesting species. In fact the car park at the observatory is a recognised moth hot spot! The latest sightings can be seen HERE and the latest annual moth report can be found HERE

The moth evenings mostly start at 6.30pm.

Saturday June 8th
Saturday July 6th
Saturday August 10th
(all start 1830)
Saturday September 7th
Saturday October 5th
(start 1600)

There is no charge for these events, but donations to SBBOT are appreciated... donating is easy, just click the link below and choose the amount you want to give:
