Starting at the Stodmarsh NNR Car Park we will explore the reedbeds around the main lake, visiting Reedbed Hide and Lampen Wall, then walking via the alder woods and possibly towards Marsh Hide, before returning to the Car Park. Possible bird species include late wintering wildfowl and herons on the main lake and passerines (tits, finches, etc  in the reedbeds and woodland.
