Well the predicted arrival of moths due to the mild spell reached the dizzy heights of one moth last night- another C. plebejana.
Another degree rise in temperature tempted out two C. plebejanas and an E. postvitana but no macros at all.
Despite the minimum temperature trebling to 9.6 there were no moths at all in the trap last night.
Fortunately three moths listened to the forecast as well and ventured out expecting mild c10°C but it actually dropped to 3.3°C.
The three were a December Moth, a Satellite and a Crcosidema plebejana.
