SUMMARY:Day Trip - Marquenterre Nature Reserve
DESCRIPTION:A day trip\, organised for members of Gazen Salts Nature Reserve and Sandwich Bay Observatory\, to Marquenterre Nature Reserve. This fabulous bird reserve is about 65 miles south of Calais and our trip is timed to see the best of Spring migration and breeding birds\, including the possibility of Bluethroat\, Golden Oriole\, Night Heron\, Savi’s Warbler\, Crested Tits\, Black-winged Stilts\, etc. \nThe price £120  includes coach transport from SBBOT (depart 5.00 a.m.\, return about 8.30 p.m.)\, Eurotunnel crossing and Reserve entrance; this is the same price as for our last trip in 2024.
