We have a meeting for all members every year, usually in Summer, June, July or August. The annual accounts are presented to this meeting along with reports from the Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Warden. In 2023 the meeting was a hybrid with around 35 members attending in person and a handful of others via Zoom. Below are the minutes. They are a 'draft' as they will be approved at the next AGM.
