Wednesday 31st<\/strong><\/p>\n

A sunny but windy day on Worth meant the Odonata were mostly patrolling around hedgerows and other areas in the lee of the wind. There were at least 25 Migrant Hawkers, one Brown Hawker, seven Common Darters, four Ruddy Darters, and two Common Blue Damselflies.<\/p>\n

Tuesday 23rd<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just the three species on New Downs today - Common Blue Damselfly, Common Darter, and Migrant Hawker - with the latter reaching at least 22 individuals.<\/p>\n

Monday 22nd<\/strong><\/p>\n

There were only a handful of Migrant Hawkers on the Estate today, in comparison to Worth marshes where a minimum of 87 were recorded. Also present were two Brown Hawkers, two Ruddy Darters, 18 Common Darters, four Black-tailed Skimmers, and two Willow Emerald Damselflies.<\/p>\n

Monday 15th<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Southern Migrant Hawker has been seen daily along the dry ditch south of the Great Wood on Worth marshes.<\/p>\n

Friday 12th<\/strong><\/p>\n

Two Brown Hawkers, a Southern Hawker, and a Willow Emerald Damselfly were seen along the track that runs from the Obs, behind the back of the asparagus fields, to Dickson's Corner.<\/p>\n

Wednesday 3rd<\/strong><\/p>\n
