Arrive early to get your best view of migratory birds up close<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Visible Migration Watches from Sandwich Bay Beach near 'Sandilands' between 7am-9am, 9am-11am, 11-1pm and 2pm-4pm. 'Vismig' as its more commonly known, will observe birds moving through this area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Guided walks at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12am, 2pm &amp; 3pm. Meet at the Observatory's Field Centre. Each last no more than an hour and are relatively flat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Guided walks and activities for children and families will be running at 10.30am and 12.30pm. Meet at the Observatory's field Centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Migration Talks, presented by John Buckingham at 1pm and at 2pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Our Field Centre has a small shop on site, stocking snacks and souvenirs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory lies within the private estate of Sandwich Bay, which operates a toll road. There is a small fee of \u00a31 at the Tollgate for non-members visiting the Observatory. However, <b>you must<\/b>\u00a0exit from the same toll booth, otherwise you will be charged \u00a35. Once at the Field Centre, parking is free.
