Visit Us

With the support of our volunteers we aim to be open 7 days a week, from 10.00 – 16.00 in the summer and 10.00 – 13.00 during November – March (10.00 – 16.00 on a Saturday).  You are welcome to pop in during these hours to visit our shop, enjoy the displays in the hall, or just to find out more about us.

There is always something going on including guided walks, wildlife courses, evening strolls in the summer or in winter join us for evening talks and classes.

Find out what’s on HERE.

We sell hot and cold drinks and snacks, so don’t forget to drop in if you are passing by and need refreshment.

For longer visits you can stay in our accommodation so that you can enjoy the beautiful countryside around us or as a base for the local area (including Canterbury and the Turner Gallery in Margate).

If you are visiting our reserves or recording area please take note of our Invertebrate Collecting and Disturbance to Wildlife policies. You can access them HERE.
